What to expect:

If you are feeling unwell, have recently been overseas, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive or have been advised to self-isolate, but your animal needs medical assistance:

  • We would appreciate if you DO NOT enter the hospital.
  • Please call reception 02 9436 1213 and a member of our management
    team will make arrangements for your consultation.

We are investigating and developing a plan for alternative consultation options.

When arriving at the hospital:

  • Do not enter the hospital
  • Please call our reception team to let them know you have arrived
  • You will be asked to wait outside or in your car once checked in.
  • Dependant on you reason for attending our team will advise of the next
    step.
  • Utilise the hand sanitizer at our reception desk.
  • Respect a 1.5meter barrier for other clients and our staff.
  • Cough and sneeze into a tissue and dispose of it or into the crease of
    your elbow and wash your hands.
  • Limit to one owner per appointment
  • We are no longer accepting cash
  • The foyer should be clear at all times unless you have been advised to
    enter.
  • Restricted visits for critical patients only
  • We may admit your animal for examination if necessary
  • Food and product purchases are still available – Please ask our staff.
