What to expect:
If you are feeling unwell, have recently been overseas, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive or have been advised to self-isolate, but your animal needs medical assistance:
- We would appreciate if you DO NOT enter the hospital.
- Please call reception 02 9436 1213 and a member of our management
team will make arrangements for your consultation.
We are investigating and developing a plan for alternative consultation options.
When arriving at the hospital:
- Do not enter the hospital
- Please call our reception team to let them know you have arrived
- You will be asked to wait outside or in your car once checked in.
- Dependant on you reason for attending our team will advise of the next
step. - Utilise the hand sanitizer at our reception desk.
- Respect a 1.5meter barrier for other clients and our staff.
- Cough and sneeze into a tissue and dispose of it or into the crease of
your elbow and wash your hands. - Limit to one owner per appointment
- We are no longer accepting cash
- The foyer should be clear at all times unless you have been advised to
enter. - Restricted visits for critical patients only
- We may admit your animal for examination if necessary
- Food and product purchases are still available – Please ask our staff.
