Euthanasia and cremation

At this sad time we will endeavour to reduce the anxiety for you and your beloved pet. Please advise the receptionist when booking so that we can minimise your waiting time. Many owners choose to have their pets privately cremated. This can be arranged at the hospital, with return of ashes if so desired, in a scatter box or engraved wooden casket. If you would prefer your pet to be euthanased at your home please arrange with the receptionist.

House calls

Home visits are available Monday to Friday by appointment. If owners prefer their terminally ill pets to be euthanased at home, we are happy to assist in this way.

MicrochippingMicrochipping

It is compulsory to microchip all new puppies and kittens, for a life-long positive identification of your pet and registration with your local council. Government and private data bases allow immediate identification of lost pets following scanning, enabling most lost animals to be quickly reunited with their owners.

Puppy parties

Puppy parties are run at our hospital by Di Hollett, a dog-trainer with over 20 years experience. These classes are a fun way for your puppy to learn to socialise with other dogs and people, and obey basic commands in a safe and controlled environment. Please book with the receptionist.
